Golf courses

Located on Kessler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Bay Breeze offers relaxing golf for active duty, retired, Department of Defense employees, and their guests. The course has one of the most unique views of the area, including lovely Back Bay and the Keesler AFB flight line. The full-service course has a pro shop, lessons, club rentals, and a driving range. Under new management since 2017, Bayou Vista offers a great value in golf right here in Gulfport. The 18-hole course, driving range, and Fling Golf. There's also a new clubhouse with a pro shop, a full bar, and friendly and helpful staff.

Located on the north side of Bay St. Louis is the Diamondhead Country Club. The club features a property owners association, restaurants, a marina, and a Golf Academy. While this is a quiet and private community, the public is welcome to enjoy their two 18-hole courses, tennis courts, and marina.

Forty minutes north of town on Highway 40, you'll find the ultimate respite at the Grand Bear Golf Club. Situated deep in the DeSoto National Forest, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Design opened in 1999. Only cypress wetlands and pine forests surround the course; there are no homes, buildings, or other city distractions. They've got an on-site grill and restaurant and a pro shop.

A classic Tom Bendelow course built in 1914, the Pass Christian Isles Golf Club is sure to please. This course was made with VIPs in mind--President Woodrow Wilson enjoyed a round or two. While the course has been renovated and renewed many times over the years, it still retains its old-world charm and character. This par-72 course challenges new players and experienced pros in a beautiful setting.

Sunkist is an 18-hole, 6,400-yard long course located in Biloxi. The club features a bar with snacks, a practice facility, and a well-stocked pro shop. Located off of Popp's Ferry Road, the course has stunning vistas of the Biloxi River. Sunkist was incorporated in 1953.

The Bridges Golf Club is part of Bay St. Louis's Hollywood Casino. Golf Digest ranked it one of the top 10 best courses in Mississippi. The Arnold Palmer signature course overlooks the Bay of St. Louis. The 6,900-yard par-72 has magnificent views, towering magnolias, and live oaks and was the first course in the world to obtain Audobon International's Certified Silver Signature status.

Winner of the "Best Course on the Coast" by Coast Magazine and "Top Ten Values in Mississippi" by Golf Magazine, The Oaks is located just off Interstate 10 and Menge Avenue. Dramatic greenery, winding routing, and strategic bunkering will delight and challenge on this par-72 course. It's a tranquil course with wetlands, coastal forests, and a few homes.

The Preserve is a quiet club is surrounded by nothing but forests, located far enough out of town to be quiet and countrylike. The course is a Certified Silver Audobon International Signature Sanctuary, one of only 21 golf courses in the world to have the designation. On-site Sweetbay Restaurant serves food and cocktails, and there's also a pro shop.

With rolling green hills and stately pines, Windance is one of Gulfport's prettiest courses. Part of the Island View Casino Resort it features an 18-hole championship course designed by Mark McCumber in 1986. It's been upgraded and renewed, and Golf Week Magazine has named it one of the "Best Places You Can Play" many years and is rated four stars by Golf Digest.
